Each of the condos are brand new and have their own private entrances. Two floor-plans are alike, except they are reversed, The other town-home is a two story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath bath.
Two of the condos are brand new with beautiful finishings, furnishings and décor throughout. These two condos are single story and each have three bedrooms and two baths, all with queen size beds. The third is a town-home also has it's own separate entrance giving you all the privacy you desire.
Fully stocked stainless steel kitchens makes it comfortable and enjoyable to dine at home! Each come with electric flat-top stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves and coffee makers. All have amazing views of the Sea of Cortez from their living areas and outdoor patios.
Just a short walk away is the community pool. It is an stunning infinity pool with beautiful Sea of Cortez views. Although it is a community pool, many times you will enjoy having the pool to yourselves.
