We love this downtown condo! Perfect location for walking to everything. Very nice 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. Very spacious throughout with a great outdoor, rooftop palapa with private hot-tub overlooking downtown Cabo. Great access to the marina!
This downtown, spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath condo sits in a perfect location. We love Plaza Nautica. It is located on the 2nd floor of the complex and it also has a spacious and inviting outdoor living area which overlooks downtown Cabo.
This outdoor space is accessed through three different places; via exterior entrance, the kitchen area and also conveniently located off of the master bedroom. The great condo also has a private jaccuzzi tub to enjoy watching those beautiful Cabo sunsets!
The condo has two large bedrooms, both having a sliding glass door for either access to the large outdoor living space or a smaller private patio. Each bedroom has a beautiful attached bathroom. The King master bath also has a large soaking tub, along with a separate shower and double vanity. The 2nd bath has two entrances. One through the bedroom and the other just off of the main living room entrance for guests.
Our guests will have access to the condo itself, the private gym and community pool area. Access to downtown is right at the entrance to Plaza Nautica. It is also located in a great section of the marina where you will find Baja Cantina, Tiki Bar, Soloman's Landing and other fun places for great dining and a cold beverage. Enjoy your afternoons people watching at Cabo's favorite local and tourist spots. The convenience of this condo is second to none. No vehicle needed! :) Walk to it all in downtown Cabo!
