This awesome 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath villa takes one's breath away the minute you step through the front door with nothing but unobstructed bright blue Pacific views throughout! As many of the villas are built into the side of the Pegregal (The Rock), this charming development is known world-wide for it's incredible grand villas, it's amazing views and it's prestigious ambiance.
Upon entry, the main level has a large open floor-plan allowing all to enjoy entertaining and socializing together. It's spacious living room, dining room and kitchen are all united, enhanced with nothing but windows and large glass doors giving multiple access to the incredible outdoor spaces.
Your granite and stainless steel kitchen is well stocked for those mornings and evenings for ones wishing to enjoy special moments at home! The sitting bar for 4 and dining room table for 8 provides ample space indoors for all to enjoy dining together.
The main living room offers large windows and doors bringing the beautiful morning sunshine in! The views are simply breathtaking! With this villa located in the Pedregal, you are also blessed with some of the most beautiful sunsets in the Baja!
Just off of the kitchen and living room are spacious, outdoor entertaining spaces with your private pool with swim-up bar, an outdoor dining area for 8 and a covered sitting area with comfy and cozy furniture to relax and enjoy fun conversations with friends and family while taking in those beautiful sunsets of Cabo.
All bedrooms are en-suites offering the ultimate in privacy, while still enjoying traveling in the company of many! Three spacious bedroom en-suites are located one level below the main living area with each having their own large, glass doors entering out onto the most beautiful balconies, again all with those same second to none views. Imagine waking up each morning with stunning views and the sounds of the strong Pacific ocean. Incredible!
On one end of the villa, there is a private casita-like space that can be included, or not. It has large vaulted ceilings, a small efficiency kitchen, big screen TV and a circular staircase leading upstairs to the loft area accommodating one double bed and two single beds. We are in the making to fit this area with a new sleeper sofa allowing accommodations for up to 6 in the casita. It also offers a chest freezer for those wishing to take their 'catch' home! Nightly rates includes access to the casita. If it is not necessary, please inquire for the nightly rate with the main villa alone.
The fifth bedroom is very bright, sunny and private. It is located on the bottom level of the villa with access via a circular staircase. It also has a small, private balcony with just enough space for two! The breakfast bar, small dining table and double bed gives you that little bit of extra privacy. We love it!
On the middle level, along with the bedrooms are two separate spaces. One is an indoor/outdoor atrium area that we call the 'cigar room' for those windy evenings from the western wind of the Pacific. The other space is for maybe a moment away while enjoying a good book in a quiet space.
A complimentary welcome service will be provided upon arrival by one of our outstanding chefs which includes margaritas, chips, salsa and guacamole. Would you like to see additional appetizers? No problem, just ask:)
This villa is also perfect for small events, weddings, birthday parties, family gatherings and more! Special events are very much allowed, however permission is necessary by the HOA of the Pedregal. It also sets the perfect stage for morning yoga!
We provide excellent client services to our guests at Casa del Sol which can include transportation, in-home chef, massage and personal services, pre-stocking for groceries and necessities, dining recommendation and reservations, fishing, activities and more!
For ultimate in privacy, all guests will have the entire villa to themselves, unless they choose not to include the private casita. Guests will also not have access to the private garage area and 3 private closets known as the 'owner's closets'. There is plenty of closet and drawer space in each bedroom for our valued guests.

As we all love enjoying the fun and fabulous times spent in Cabo San Lucas, the Pedregal is located in one of the most exclusive communities throughout the Baja. The neighborhood is very beautiful and also very peaceful.
We do welcome large groups of family and friends including bachelor and bachelorette parties, however we ask that all respect and obey all of the rules and regulations posted with this listing.
Please treat this villa as you would your own. During late arrivals home after a night out in Cabo, please be conscious of the quiet hours. Please take the 'party' indoors and enjoy:)
